Platform to scale citizens’ assemblies

We believe that by supporting more and better citizen-led deliberative assemblies to flourish we can help communities be better equipped to meet the multiple crises they face. We are developing an online platform to support people all over the world to design and run affordable, high-impact assemblies on the issues that matter to them - from community to city-level events.

Funded by Porticus, Climate Emergency Collaboration Group and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, phase one of the project is focusing particularly on supporting global climate assemblies. As well as offering easy-to-use, step-by-step guidance, we aim to connect and inspire a global community of assembly organizers to share learnings, access support and track impact over time.

Working with academic partners we are developing a data dashboard that will aggregate and visualize learnings from across the global community to strengthen local outcomes and inform regional, national and global decision-making fora.
