Sarah Whitley - Chief Operating Officer
Sarah is the Chief Operating Officer at Iswe Foundation, bringing 20 years experience in operations and public engagement.
Sarah joined the core delivery team of the COP26 Global Assembly in 2021. Prior to that she led fundraising and innovation campaigns at Comic Relief UK and helped to launch a tech start-up, developing scalable software to support nonprofits engage with their audiences.
Sarah has advised social movements in the UK and overseas on their fundraising, governance and engagement strategies. She is particularly interested in power-sharing governance and is exploring the development of sociocratic ways of working at Iswe Foundation.
